You can browse Erpiliç and Bolca products, read about the company and quality certificates, search the catalog by product name, switch between Turkish and English, view our contact details, and open directions in a map application.

There is no customer account, online ordering, payment, newsletter, or advertising on this site.

Language preference. When you choose English or Turkish, or when the site continues your visit in a detected language, a first-party cookie named NEXT_LOCALE stores “en” or “tr” for 12 months. It is used only to open the site in that language. It does not identify you by name.

Browser language. On a first visit, your browser may send an Accept-Language header so we can open the site in Turkish or English. We do not save that header in a profile.

Catalog search. If you search for a product, the words you type appear in the page address (for example, /search?q=). The catalog is searched on the site. We do not keep a search history or build a profile from your searches. The address of a page you request may appear in short-lived technical logs used to run and protect the site.

Contact form. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. It is a preview: what you type is not sent to us and is not stored. When message delivery is switched on, we will use those details only to read and reply to your enquiry, and we will update this notice before that change.

Contact links. The phone number opens your device’s calling app. The email address opens your email app. We receive only what you choose to send us by phone or email.

Directions. “Get directions” opens Google Maps in the browser, or the map app on a phone or tablet. We do not receive your location. The map service processes data under its own policy.

Technical connection data. Delivering the pages may involve our hosting provider processing your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page address, and basic browser information. This is used to display the site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults. We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and we do not sell personal data.

Under Article 5 of the KVKK:

The language cookie, and showing the site in the language you use, is necessary to provide that feature of the website.

Technical logs are processed for our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website, without overriding your rights.

Enquiries you send by email or phone are processed to take the steps you asked for, and for our legitimate interest in answering you.

Once contact-form delivery is enabled, the same purpose will apply: responding to a message you chose to send.

We do not use your data for marketing messages, profiling, or automated decisions that produce legal effects.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where needed to run the site or to answer you.

Hosting and technical providers that serve the website may process connection data for that purpose. Some of those providers may process connection data on servers outside Türkiye. That transfer is limited to what is necessary to display and protect the site.

If you open directions, the map provider (such as Google or Apple) receives the request from your device, under its own policy.

If you email or call us, the operators of those communication services process the message in the usual way.

We may disclose data when Turkish law requires it, or when it is necessary to establish or protect a legal right.

NEXT_LOCALE is kept for 12 months, or until you delete it.

Technical logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider, then deleted or anonymized.

Emails and phone enquiries are kept for as long as we need to handle your request and any related business, then deleted unless a longer period is required by law, such as commercial record-keeping rules.

Contact-form entries are not kept today, because the form does not send them.

The only cookie this site sets is NEXT_LOCALE. What it stores, how long it lasts, and how to delete it are explained in the Cookie Policy.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask us to confirm whether we process your personal data; to explain the purpose and whether we use it for that purpose; to name the third parties in Türkiye or abroad who receive it; to correct incomplete or inaccurate data; to delete or destroy data when the reasons for processing no longer apply; to notify those third parties of a correction or deletion; to object to a result produced solely by automated analysis if it is against your interests; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.

Send your request to bozdag@b2erpilic.com or by post to the address in section 1. Include enough detail for us to identify you and understand the request. We reply within the period set by the KVKK, which is 30 days as a rule.

We will update this page if the site starts handling personal data in a new way, including when the contact form begins to deliver messages. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
